THE Block Party on Friday, June 22nd, 2012 at Cubao X from 3PM-3AM is an event that aims to gather heads from the music, bike, skateboarding and graffiti community — all of which THE draws inspiration from, stretching from different camps such as Ronac Art Center, B-Side, The Fort Strip, Cubao X and many more, each having their own distinct style, culture and sensibility. The THE Block Party serves as a vehicle to bring everyone under one roof not just to represent their turf but to also promote camaraderie amongst each other and to showcase Manila’s urban lifestyle and culture.
